Vision:

The ELC serves as a nexus of interests of UConn students and the business community, facilitating cross-disciplinary experiential learning, providing qualified help to business clients, and introducing graduate students to real-world business practices.

Mission:

The ELC creates an ecosystem of experiential learning, assisting student self-discovery by becoming immersed in realities of the business world.

The ELC contributes to the School of Business mission of educating exceptional business leaders through innovative experiential learning in a dynamic global business context. The ELC identifies prospective project opportunities working with corporate, entrepreneurial, government, and non-for-profit entities. The ELC establishes and facilitates student engagement in various business activities conducted by prospective client-partners. The ELC matches the client-partner needs with interests and qualifications of UConn students and the expertise provided by the faculty and industry mentors.
